When Stuffed Puffs Filled Marshmallows came to us, they had a great product...but no sense of who they were or why they existed.
We saw a brand with a big story and a bigger personality. They figured out how to get chocolate inside marshmallows when more established brands like Hershey’s could not!
We took their youthful exuberance and created a design system that would stand out against all the old brands in the baking aisle. Our new look and feel had more color, more energy and more surprises than any one else.

A Fluffing Fun Approach
To be a rule-breaking brand, you still need rules. Featuring a custom fluffy typeface and backgrounds filled with color, our new system led to a more vibrant, ooier and gooier look and voice. If we wrote a headline that felt too risky for Sara Lee or Betty Crocker, we ran it.
Our video campaign proved s’mores weren’t broke but we fixed them anyway.

As a startup, we didn’t have the budgets like Kraft or Hershey’s. But what we lacked in resources, we had speed and a willingness to “go there.”
We created content faster and with more edge than the other guys, with a focus on TikTok because that’s where risks were being taken on social. The strategy worked:
